Thanks in part to this ad, Texans are taking notice and speaking up about Perry’s pricey, taxpayer-funded tastes. And it seems we’ve struck a nerve. The day after our ad aired, the Travis County Republican Party filed a frivolous complaint with the Texas Ethics Commission to try to shut us down.

They’re desperate to change the subject. They don’t want Texans to know about how Perry spends over $10,000 of your money every month on a “five-bedroom, seven-bath mansion…[with] pecan-wood floors, a gourmet kitchen and three dining rooms”.
